After the information session, an individual interview is held within the following month to confirm motivation and ensure the program fits the participant’s needs and goals.

Access is confirmed once the training agreement, terms and conditions, and internal rules are signed (available on the website).

The program is accessible to participants with disabilities depending on possible adaptations.

At the start: an initial assessment of the participant’s facilitation practice

During the program: learning checks after each module (case studies, role plays, quizzes, etc.)

At the end: a final learning assessment questionnaire
Participants present their learning project to a jury and receive certification.
Learning approach
Certification requirements
A true training journey designed to create long-term impact, combining reflective and experiential modules.
Participants are active contributors to their learning: they choose their modules, practice with peers, open up to external inspiration, and build their own learning project.
After each module, participants take time to reflect on their practice and shape their professional identity.
*All information is updated for each new cohort.
To become certified, participants must complete: 2 essential modules, 4 reflective modules, 4 experiential modules, 1 inspiration session and 3 peer-learning sessions

A complete file must be submitted within the month before the certification date, including: the learning project presentation, an analysis of another training program, proof of completion of the required modules.

Certification takes place over one day. A certification grid and full file template are provided in advance.

The jury includes three members: two certified trainers and one program contributor.

Each participant presents their project in 12 minutes (free format), followed by Q&A.
