The program's content

Build awareness of your leadership strengths
Before the journey begins, you will identify your professional strengths through the TEST4i and define an individual action plan.

Participate in 6 group coaching sessions (half-day)
At the crossroads of co-development, professional coaching and hands-on learning.

Individual coaching sessions
3 individual coaching sessions of 1h30 each, to be scheduled according to your needs.

Learn and get inspired through peers
Moments of inspiration : talks, podcasts, readings and more. Joining this journey also means learning from peers, exchanging best practices and practical tools.

Assessment methods

After the information session, a tripartite meeting is held within the following month with the participant and their manager to confirm motivation and ensure the program fits their needs and objectives.

Access is confirmed once the training agreement, terms and conditions, and internal rules are signed (available on the website).

The program is accessible to participants with disabilities depending on possible adaptations.

At the start of the program : each participant completes a management self-assessment test
-
During the program : assessment questionnaires after each module. During each module, a specific method is implemented: practical case studies, professional simulations, quizzes, etc.

At the end of the program: a survey to evaluate learning outcomes and satisfaction is sent.
Learning methods
Certification
This is a real training journey designed to create long-term impact, combining collective modules and individual coaching.
Learning is action-based: participants are fully engaged in their own development, practicing with peers and drawing inspiration from outside sources.
After each module, participants are invited to reflect on their practice and shape their own leadership identity.
To receive the certificate of completion, participants must: have attended all group sessions, completed 3 individual coaching sessions and completed the two tripartite meetings with his manager within one month of the end of the course.
In the event of a group module being missed, the module can be made up in the following cohort and thus obtain the necessary certificate of completion.
