Yesterday in Guadeloupe, we had the pleasure of joining an energising and inspiring gathering with trainers, occasional trainers and support functions from the France Travail Antilles–Guyane Campus.
At the heart of the seminar was a major shift: moving beyond traditional training and embracing learnance: a learning mindset where curiosity, openness and the desire to grow become the drivers of deep individual and collective transformation.

What is learnance?
Learnance goes far beyond the idea of “learning”. It is a mindset that invites people to stay curious, open and actively engaged in their personal and professional development over time.
To explore the concept and its impact on organisations, read our dedicated article: What is learnance?
From this approach, the trainer’s role evolves: they become a true catalyst for transformation, able to foster motivation, autonomy and co-construction of knowledge.
A rich and inspiring collective experience
"The event we had all been waiting for. The energy and engagement of participants around this topic were huge." Nita Aigle, HR manager, France Travail
Throughout the seminar, conversations were lively and driven by participants’ strong involvement in this learnance approach. We explored practical ways to cultivate this mindset within learning programmes and to support skill development in a constantly changing environment.
A warm thank you to the entire Antilles–Guyane Campus team for their commitment and excellent organisation, and to all participants for their engagement.
