💡 How do you connect skills development, collective performance and innovation in a way that actually moves the needle? That was the guiding question behind a day we facilitated with Groupe Atlantic, focused on learning culture as a driver of performance.
A learning organization in action
At Groupe Atlantic, learning is not a buzzword. It already shows up in the way teams work every day. People share, experiment, and build solutions together with a genuine sense of curiosity and collaboration.
This session gave the teams a clear language and framework for what they were already doing intuitively. Together, we revisited the foundations of learning organizations and explored how a strong learning culture can directly support sustainable performance.

A systemic view of learning culture
Participants also discovered the systemic model developed by Act4 Talents in partnership with Université Paris Dauphine–PSL (Dr Lionel Garreau and Amélie Gabriagues).
The model offers a holistic lens on learning culture. It highlights how learning practices connect, reinforce one another, and ultimately help organizations evolve in a deep and lasting way.
From insights to peer learning
To bring this concepts to life, we facilitated peer-learning sessions on two key priorities for Groupe Atlantic:
internal mobility
artificial intelligence
The conversations were both thoughtful and action-oriented, generating practical ideas and showing just how powerful peer learning can be when it’s structured and facilitated.
🙏 Thank you to Béatrice Desitter, Olivier Le Roy and Christophe Villard for their preparation and commitment, and to all participants (Ana-Carolina Alves Luz Pinto, Philippe Ehrsam, Christel Le Duff, Emmanuelle Paprocki, Arnaud Rollin) for the quality of their engagement and contributions.
This day confirmed a strong belief we hold at ACT4 TALENTS: a learning culture is more than a mindset. It is a strategic lever for both performance and innovation.
