Preserving Strategic Know-How: The “M” Approach Showcased at Tech Show Paris

This week, ACT4 TALENTS took part in Tech Show Paris 2025, an event dedicated to innovation, entrepreneurship, and expertise. It was a great opportunity for our team to share our unique approach combining Human and Machine, through our “M” approach.
Our M approach is designed to preserve organizational memory by capturing the know-how, know-how-to-act, interpersonal skills, and tacit knowledge held by key experts.
On the human side, we rely on a maieutic questioning approach, encouraging collective intelligence and a systemic understanding of experts’ ecosystems.
On the technology side, a cognitively augmented AI, powered by a reasoning algorithm, supports employees through a conversational agent that delivers accurate, contextualized answers.
