For the past four years, ACT4 TALENTS has been a signatory of the Charter of 1000, a local initiative that brings organizations together to support employment, inclusion and access to opportunities.

The Charter of 1000 represents 1,000 companies committed alongside the MMI’e (Maison Métropolitaine d’Insertion pour l’Emploi), to contribute to employability and job integration.
We are happy to announce that we are renewing our commitment for two additional years.
As a mission-driven company, ACT4 TALENTS has a clear roadmap: making inclusion and employment a lever for sustainable performance in our region.
Together with MMI’e support, we take concrete action to bring this commitment to life:
supporting employee development by sharing our expertise and contributing to local initiatives
creating opportunities for everyone, including pro bono coaching with our partner associations
introducing people to our professions through immersions, meetings and testimonials
training and supporting individuals through solidarity-based programs focused on learning culture and soft skills
A collective effort
A warm thank you to everyone who helped make this commitment real every day, especially Maxime Bontemps, Jérôme Voisin and Élodie Duputel.
