Mission-Driven Company Collective Intelligence Workshop

We were delighted to support the Ramsay Santé Group during their annual management meeting in Copenhagen on September 26, 2024.

🤩 90 managers and directors, 10 nationalities, 5 facilitators

A powerful and inspiring format to create alignment and shared meaning.

In just 90 minutes, participants took part in a collective intelligence workshop, followed by a short team pitch to present Ramsay Santé’s journey as a Mission-Driven Company.

🎯 The objective: to create positive impact and bring their purpose to life: “Improving health by constant innovation.”

A strong moment of reflection, creativity and intercultural team cohesion.
